David Abdemoulaie has spent the past five years committed to barbell strength training. He is confident that with use of the classic barbell movements in a client-tailored program he can improve your quality of life and make you a more functional human.
Karl Schudt has been a gym rat for most of his life, but has been seriously training the classic barbell lifts for seven years. He has been coaching others for the past five years, and is on the permanent staff for the Starting Strength Seminars offered by Mark Rippetoe.
